About

The good, the bad, and the nasty on being a fashionable mom. Every day is a new adventure with a few outfit changes, a little craziness, stress and sometimes tears but, most of all lots of love and smiles. This is my life. This is who I am.

Shop! Shop! Shop!

Such a great weekend to go shopping.  I wish I could say it was because I am one of those amazing bargain shoppers but.... I'm NOT.  I am about convenience, I don't want to hunt for things, coupons, clothes well, anything.  I hear people who save all this money shopping the sales, and the great deal they got on an awesome pair of jeans from Ross.  Eh I just don't have the patience for that stuff.  But, I did get out shopping this Labor Day.  I spent all my gift certificates, birthday money and then some.  I checked almost everything off my list.  New Jeans, brown leather jacket, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 dresses, 2 shirts, and lots of accessories check check and check.  I guess I did do pretty well with sales racks.  A pair of jeans for $30, a shirt for $20, and a pair of shoes for $14.  Mind you these were items that were sticking out and caught my eye I by no means hunted for them.  I am really finding my new sense of a style as a mom and not a dancing, club girl.  I think I might even like this style better.  More sophisticated and classy, but, still fun.  I just wish it wasn't 100 degrees out so I could actually wear my new fall clothes.
Oh, and little Lo was such a trooper on our shopping adventures.  She slept, she laughed, she smiled, she enjoyed the sparkles, the dressing rooms, the whole shopping experience.  That's my little girl.  When we came home we sat on the couch to show daddy what we got and well.... she ate the Nordstrom bag.  I love her enthusiasm for shopping.
